• How do I get golden keys for the next episode?
• 1. One golden key is given every 12 hours.
  2. Buy keys at the shop with game coins or cash.
  3. Ask friends to send the key.

• How do we defeat the Boss monster?
• Match the monsters surrounding the Boss. When matched, those small monsters will burst and give damages to the Boss, the Boss will slowly lose its life. Or you can make specials like Horizontal/Vertical/Cross Bombs and Magic Hammer during play and combine them together to attack Boss remotely. • How do you go up and down the floors in the tower?
• You avatar will move to where you click on. To move floors, click anywhere in the tower, hold onto that click, and slide your mouse up and down to move to upper and lower floors. You can also make a click on a mini tower shown left side of the screen to move floors. You'll see the floor number when you place your mouse over this mini tower. Make a click over the tower to move to that floor.

• How do we use coin to buy items?
• Visit shop and check the price for each item. There will be coin and cash price listed. Click on buy button next to the coin price of the item you want.

• How do we make special bombs and Magic Hammer during the play?
• Special bombs are made when you match 4 or more monsters. They sometimes come out of Mystery-Mon (monster with a question mark on) when you match that Mystery-Mon with two or more same-color monsters. Details are on our homepage. http://purplekiwii.com/hexa_rules.php

• I cannot ask or receive requests.
• Requests might not be able to sent or received due to unstable Facebook server condition. This is beyond our control so please try to wait a little moment until server gets back fine. Also, received gifts are stored in mailbox for only first 12 hours since its arrival. Or you may check your notification app setting. If you have checked not to get any notifications from Facebook Apps, no gifts can be delivered to your account. Take screenshot if possible and send the details to Facebook Help Center.

• I am suddenly back to level 1, how can I restore my progress?
• Please, try to connect your game with your Facebook account to restore your progress. The reason why you're on level 1 is because you're on a guest mode.
  To connect with your Facebook account, please try as follows:
  1. Tap on up arrow ↑ then little icons will pop up.
  2. Tap on the wheel-looking icon to go to 'settings'.
  3. Tap on 'Log in' next to Facebook logo.
  4. Tap on 'Connect now!'.
  Try those steps and let us know if you still have problems, so we will trobleshoot further!

• Can't connect to Facebook login.
• The Facebook Login issue is due to recent changes made in privacy policy by Facebook.
  Because of this, users who have agreed to the previous policy can't log in right away.
  Instead, you can log into Facebook by following steps below and agreeing to the new policy:
   
  1. Open Facebook app and tap = Menu button
  2. Tap "Settings & Privacy" -> Account Settings
  3. Scroll down and choose "Apps" -> Logged in with Facebook
  4. Find all Monster Busters games you play in the list and choose all of them 
  5. Tap "REMOVE" at the top right of the screen (it will NOT delete your progress in the games)
  6. Open Monster Busters app and connect to Facebook (you will need to agree that the app will receive your email, birthday info, etc)

• I'm using a Windows phone and I have problems with the game (Facebook login, no new episodes)
• Unfortunately it is no longer possible to connect with Facebook on Windows phones and no new episodes are being uploaded on Windows platform either due to Windows Phone Store shut down. We recommend you to switch to another available platform (PC (Facebook), android, iPhone, Kindle).

   

  As an option you can continue playing as a guest on your Windows device, we will transfer your progress from your Facebook account to your guest one, just reach us out at support@purplekiwii.com with your Facebook and guest user ID numbers (ID number is shown in your game profile) (or your Facebook name and login email info) and we will transfer your progress for you.

• ADOBE FLASH PLAYER ends on Dec 31, 2020

• Dear friends, as you already know Adobe Flash Player won't be supported in 2021. Although you won't be able to continue Monster Busters games on your PC / laptops, our games will still be available on MOBILE.

  You can continue playing with your progress if you connect the game with the same Facebook account you have been using to play the games :)

• App won't load on an android / App crashes on an android
• Due to the issue with the update to the webview system app, Google Apps, including Gmail, Chrome, and its partner apps were unexpectedly forced to shut down on Android. 

   

  If the device has been affected by the issue, you can solve it in the following way.

   

  You can solve this issue by updating the Android system webview and Google Chrome. 

  
  For affected devices, Google Play will automatically update the app, and you may receive updates manually from Google Play for faster resolution.
  
  Some devices may not have web views preinstalled, in which case you only need to update chrome.
  If you want to manually update your Android system webview and Google Chrome right now, you can do the following::
  1. Launch the Play app.
  2. Search the Android system WebView.

  3. Select the "Update" option. If you do not see the "Update" option, you can skip this step.
  4. Update Google Chrome in the same way.

Items

• What is life?
• You play the game with lives. Starting with 4, you'll lose one if you're not cleared with the stage. The maximum number of lives you can have in the beginning is 4, and one more slot will be added after the level-up. Buy the slot at the shop if you want to expand it before the level-up. You can have 7 slots to the max if you buy two more extras at the shop. One life is refilled every 30 minutes for free.

• What is unlimited lives/special life package?
• You can play games unlimited times with this special package. Choose between 1-day, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day unlimited lives package, 7-day and 30-day package comes with unlimited golden keys also. The package can be bought at the shop under 'Unlimited Life' category.

• What is startup item?
• Startup items are the boosters you can be equipped with before beginning the stage. You can equip up to two different startup items, and chosen items will be randomly placed on the board.

• What is in-game item?
• In-game items are the boosters you can use anytime during the play. In-game items you own are shown at top side of the game page. Click on the item you'd like to use at the time you want.

• What is Hero Challenge?
• Hero Challenge is a special stage you can play after clearing specific stages with three stars. Specific stages are discriminated with crown symbol on its door. Bonus is given if you win this challenge.

• What is Hall of Fame?
• Hall of Fame shows the photo on last floor of each episode of your friends who played with the highest marks from that episode. The number of Hero Challenges cleared, stars earned, and scores will be measured for this ranking. You can see the first three high rankers when click on the Hall of Fame door.

• What are the stars for?
• You can earn 1 to 3 stars per cleared stage. When you collect certain amount of stars, you'll level up and get some bonuses.

• What are the monsters wandering in the tower?
• Hit the wandering monsters! Make a click on them, some of them will burst and turn into bonus coin.

• What is the camera icon showing at right bottom side while playing?
• Camera icon found at right bottom side of the game page can be used to take screeshot during the play. Click on the icon and share the picture on Facebook or save it to your computer. This is useful especially you want to share tips with your friends.

• What is the bubble?
• You can send gifts by clicking the bubbles found over avatars' heads. Free gifts that are most in your friends' needs will be sent to their mailbox.

• What is Revival Chance?
• You get Revival Chance the first time you're out of all your lives. Smash any wooden board you may win up to 3 extra lives. You have a total of 3 chances when you lost first two draws, so make a good choice to win free lives.

• What is Daily Stamp?
• You can get bonus coins everyday you're logged into our game. The bonus coins are getting bigger if you come to play our game everyday in a row. On your 7th day of visit in a row, you'll get big bonus coins.

• What is extra bonus for level?
• You can get more bonus scores every time you clear the stage. You're added with 50 or 100 points for each of your level, meaning higher the level you are, more extra scores you get at the end. You'll level up when you collect enough amount of stars you earn by clearing stages. Place mouse cursor on your profile picture at top side of the screen to see how many stars you need more for next level up.

• What is avatar showing up when last 5 moves are left during play?
• This avatar pops up to encourage and cheer you up when last 5 moves are left in playing stage.

• What are my friends avatars with 'invite' bubble?
• Those avatars are your Facebook friends who are not yet playing MonsterBusters yet. Click the 'invite' bubble over the head to invite them to the game. You'll get some coin by sending invitation.

Game play

• The ladder appears when you clear all stages on the same floor. There are 1-3 stages per floor, so make sure you cleared it all. If ladder still does not appear, contact us at support@purplekiwii.com.

• How do we use coin to buy items?
• Visit shop and check the price for each item. There will be coin and cash price listed. Click on buy button next to the coin price of the item you want.

• How do we refill lives?
• 1. One life is refilled every 30 minutes for free.
  2. Buy lives at the shop either with game coins or cash. Visit shop by clicking on shop icon found at top side of the game screen, or look for shops located on some floors in the tower.
  3. Ask friends to send you lives.

• Received gifts are gone, what happened?
• Gifts are stored for 12 hours. If the gift is past 12 hours since its arrival, it will be erased from the mailbox. (Note: If your heart slot is already full, the gifted heart will not be collected when you accept it. So use all hearts you already have then accept heart gift to play more)

• What is the mini tower and friends' profile pictures shown at left side of the screen for?
• You will move to the floor your friend is staying when you click on his/her profile picture in the mini tower. If you want to move back to the floor you were on, click on your own profile picture. Your friends who are right behind and ahead of you, the ones on lowest and highest floor will be shown, and rest are randomly appeared in this mini tower.

• How do we invite friends to the game?
• Click on the blue person-like icon found at top left side in the tower. Or you can click on 'invite' bubble over your friends avatars who are not yet playing MonsterBusters yet.

• How do we get more coins?
• You can get coins by clearing stages. Coins will be given everytime you earn new stars. If you're cleared with the stage and play it again, not the same amount you received when you cleared it first time but less amount will be given. Coins are also sometimes given out of little monsters wondering in the tower when you smash them and of blockers that have a life to kill when you eliminate them during play. You can also buy between 10,000~500,000 coins at the shop. 

• How do we turn off sound?
• Click on the speaker icon shown at left top side of the tower page.

• How do we turn off music?
• Click on the musical note icon shown at left top side of the tower page.

• How do we switch to full screen?
• Click on the screen icon shown at left top side of the tower page.

• How do we hide friends' avatars?
• Click on the person-like icon shown at left top side of the tower page to hide friends avatars.
   

• How can we give lives or items to friends?
• Click on heart icon found at top left side of the tower screen, or click on bubbles over head of avatars walking around in the tower to send your friends lives and/or items.

• How do we change our avatar character?
• 1. Click on your own Facebook profile picture at the top right side of the screen, or just click on your avatar in the tower.
  2. Click 'change' button, you'll see four types of avatar.
  3. Choose the favorite one 4. Click 'Ok, I'm ready' button.

• How do we level up?
• You will level up when you collect needed amount of stars for next level. • How do we equip startup item before the game begins?
• Click on the stage door, then the box will appear. You can equip with startup-items in this box before clicking 'play now' button.

• Your in-game items will be shown at top side of the game playing screen. Click on the item at the moment you want to use it.

Mission

• How do we defeat the Boss monster?

• How do we find and go back to Hero Challenges I saved for later?
• Look for the stage doors with the crown symbol on. Make sure you have cleared that stage with three stars because Hero Challenge is only available after then.

• Not enough Gingerbreads are dropping. Where do they fall from and drop down to?
• Gingerbreads are randomly dropped during play from where sad-looking gingerbread mark is on. Gingerbreads only drop down to the bottom where happy-looking Gingerbread mark is on, otherwise they will not be saved. Keep trying until you save all Gingerbreads!

• What happens when I combine special bombs and/or Magic Hammer?
• You'll be able to clear more lines with this special combination. Please refer to the rule page on our homepage for details. http://purplekiwii.com/hexa_rules.php

• I'm stuck on certain stage for too long. I can't seem to complete the mission.
• Ask us for tips at support@purplekiwii.com. or communicate with other MonsterBusters players at our Facebook Fan Page. You can also look for videos on YouTube loaded by some of our players.

Payment

• I bought the items and it doesn't show.
• Go to shop and look under startup and in-game categories. The number next to each item icon at top side shows how many of them you own.

• How do we check our Facebook payment methods?
• Go to Facebook settings -> Account Setting -> Payment. You can check your payment methods on manage section or go straight to https://secure.facebook.com/settings?tab=payments.

• I made purchase but did not receive any items, why?
• If payment went through properly, the receipt should be in your purchase history. Please send the receipt at support@purplekiwii.com. to troubleshoot the problem.How to view your recent purchases: https://www.facebook.com/help/220279601335568
